Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Omnidash ("we", "our", "us") handles personal information you give us when you visit useomnidash.com or join our pre-launch waitlist. We are based in Romania and follow EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This is a draft policy for our pre-launch period, when we collect only email addresses for waitlist notifications. It will be revised before we accept paying customers.
What we collect
We collect your email address if you submit it through the waitlist form on our site. We do not collect names, billing details, IP addresses for tracking, or any other personal data during the pre-launch period.
We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate site analytics. Plausible is cookieless and does not track individual visitors — it gives us anonymous, aggregate page-view counts only. No personal data is processed.
Why we collect it
The single purpose of collecting your email address is to send you one notification email when Omnidash becomes available, plus optional product updates if you opt into them. Your email is not used for advertising, profiling, or sold to third parties.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We rely on your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us (see Contact below) or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Where your email is stored
Your email is stored with Buttondown (an email service provider based in the United States) acting as a data processor on our behalf. Buttondown is GDPR-compliant and signs Standard Contractual Clauses for EU-to-US data transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion. There is no automatic expiry, but if Omnidash never launches or you don't engage for 24 months, we will delete your email.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you (in our case, just your email and signup date).
- Request correction or deletion.
- Withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) at dataprotection.ro.

Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. The site uses standard browser session cookies only when strictly necessary (none currently set during the pre-launch landing page).
Updates to this policy
We will update this policy when we add new features (such as user accounts, billing, or integrations). When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, email everyone on the waitlist.
