These Terms of Service govern your use of useomnidash.com and the Omnidash service. By using our site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms.
This is a draft suitable for our pre-launch period when no paid services are offered. It will be revised when we open paid plans.
About Omnidash
Omnidash is a Shopify app currently in pre-launch development. It is being built as a migration tool and inventory management platform for merchants leaving the Stocky app, which Shopify is shutting down on August 31, 2026.
The app is not yet available. Joining the waitlist gives you a notification when it launches; it does not grant access to any service.
What you can do
Use this site to learn about Omnidash and submit your email to the waitlist. That's the full extent of what's offered today.
What you cannot do
- Submit emails that aren't yours.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the site.
- Use the site for unlawful purposes.
Communications
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive launch-related email from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by emailing hello@useomnidash.com.
Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, design, logos) is the property of Omnidash. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify it without permission. The "Stocky" name is a trademark of Shopify Inc. — we use it descriptively only, and Omnidash is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of countdown timers, or specific launch dates. Information about Omnidash features may change as the product develops.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnidash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
